2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The cbijee Platform is strictly intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal, and cbijee takes its obligations in this regard with the utmost seriousness.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a cbijee account:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in connection with your cbijee account.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from any online gambling platform.
- You have not previously had a cbijee account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
cbijee reserves the right to request proof of age from any registered player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any government-issued photographic identification that clearly shows the player's date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by cbijee may result in account suspension and freezing of the account balance pending verification.
If cbijee discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned where legally permissible, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. cbijee may also report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration
To access the full range of cbijee services — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a cbijee account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players residing in Bangladesh.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active cbijee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cbijee will close all such accounts without notice and may permanently ban the player from re-registering.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
cbijee applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and may additionally require proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Account Credentials Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbijee username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. cbijee will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account where the breach was caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cbijee immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective action can be taken.
3.4 Account Inactivity
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. cbijee may apply a monthly administrative fee of up to ৳100 to inactive accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and contact support if required.

KYC & Security
cbijee's KYC process protects both the player and the Platform from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. Verification is a one-time process for most players and is completed within 24 hours of document submission.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cbijee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbijee does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. Exchange-rate risk does not apply to cbijee accounts unless a player initiates a transaction via an international payment method such as Visa or Mastercard, in which case the card network's prevailing exchange rate applies.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
cbijee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and player account tier; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cbijee account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile money network. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. If a deposit is not credited within two hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations. For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours during business hours on BST. Withdrawals requested outside standard hours may take longer.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
cbijee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players who have received a deposit bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account balance.
4.5 Refused or Returned Transactions
cbijee reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In such cases, cbijee will notify the player by email and may request additional documentation before any funds are released.

Currency Note
All balances, bets, and winnings on cbijee are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by cbijee carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier for each specific promotion is displayed in the promotion's individual terms. Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, "30x", this means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times across eligible games before withdrawal becomes available.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. cbijee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player who, in cbijee's reasonable opinion, is not engaging with the promotion in good faith.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be abusing cbijee's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage betting strategies to reduce wagering risk, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will have all associated bonuses cancelled and may have their account permanently closed. cbijee reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of bonus abuse.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
cbijee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to modification will have their participation governed by the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, where this is technically and commercially practicable.

6. User Obligations
As a registered cbijee player, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. The following obligations are binding on all players and are in addition to all other requirements set out in these Terms.
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the cbijee Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, to the Platform's backend systems, or to any data to which you are not entitled.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which cbijee offers betting markets.
- Using cbijee for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing cbijee staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the Platform for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner are not payable and will be reversed.
6.2 Responsible Use
You agree to use cbijee responsibly and within your personal financial means. cbijee provides tools to help you manage your play, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively. If at any point you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, you should immediately use the self-exclusion feature or contact support at [email protected].
6.3 Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to cbijee — including registration details, payment information, and KYC documents — is accurate, genuine, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
cbijee expects all players to engage with the Platform in good faith — playing fairly, using one account, and interacting honestly with our support team. Players who do so will always be treated with respect and fairness in return.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
cbijee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at any time and without prior notice, if cbijee has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Registration or use of the Platform by a person under 18 years of age.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification documents.
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at cbijee staff.
- Attempt to exploit the Platform's technical systems, bonus structures, or betting markets.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their cbijee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request will not be reopened under any circumstances for the duration of the exclusion period.
7.3 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a cbijee account for breach of these Terms, cbijee reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected, cbijee may freeze the account balance and report the matter to relevant Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct are not payable under any circumstances.
To close your cbijee account voluntarily, email with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Our team will confirm closure within 24 hours and initiate return of any verified balance.
Self-Exclusion Option
If you wish to take a break from gambling, cbijee's self-exclusion tool allows you to block access to your account for a set period. Contact support or visit our Responsible Gaming page to activate self-exclusion immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbijee, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game studio partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cbijee Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
8.1 Platform Availability
cbijee makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, cbijee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of downtime, technical errors, maintenance windows, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers including mobile money networks such as bKash and Nagad.
8.2 Game Malfunction
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display fault that causes an incorrect outcome to be presented to a player, cbijee reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. No payment obligation arises from a malfunctioning game. cbijee will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore the correct account balance where a malfunction has led to an erroneous deduction.
8.3 Third-Party Content

8.4 Player Responsibility

8.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cbijee and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cbijee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
